Email updates

We store your email, consent wording version, request source and confirmation time to deliver updates you request. You join the list only after confirming your address. You can unsubscribe through a link in each marketing email. Signing in or bidding does not add you to the marketing list.

Bids and payments

We store your email, brand name, website, submitted artwork, bids, accepted terms version, and payment/refund references. Approved brand names and artwork may appear publicly on the site. Email addresses and pending artwork remain private. Stripe handles payment details; fundmy.fun does not store card numbers.

Storage and services

The planned production server is in Germany and uses a local SQLite database and private artwork storage. Resend delivers confirmation and bid emails, and Stripe processes payments and refunds. Their processing may involve locations outside Germany. Server backups are stored separately. The site uses an essential sign-in cookie, not advertising cookies.

Retention and requests

Expired login links and sessions are removed routinely. Payment and sponsorship records are retained for the project and applicable accounting obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data; some payment records may need to be retained. Unsubscribe preferences are retained to prevent unwanted marketing.
